There has been talk about Facebook and their IPO offering this year and it has been an on again off again situation. Now, those discussions are coming back and 2012 is looking like the year they are going to go through with it. It seems that Facebook is close to falling under SEC rules with having more than 500 stockholders is going to require them to change how they operate.
