EFFEN Vodka offers up some tasty cocktails to celebrate National Vodka Day, October 4. EFFEN teamed up with President of the U.S. Bartender's Guild, David Nepove, to create the EFFEN cocktails inspired by the change in seasons for unique recipes that scream "Happy Fall!"
